Effective Date: June 30, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is formulated by Fuzhou Zhiyue Interactive Technology Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "we", "this Company", or "this Application") to explain to you how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information. We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to processing your personal information in a legal, proper, necessary, and honest manner.
Please read and understand the entire contents of this Policy carefully before using this Application. Once you start using it, it indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree to any terms of this Policy, please stop using and delete the Application.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your use, we may collect the following types of information. We promise that we will never scan, view, or extract the substantive content of your PDF files for advertising or marketing purposes.
1.1 Information You Actively Provide
User Files: PDF files, images, and other documents that you import and upload for using core functions such as editing, conversion, OCR, and signing. These documents are only collected when you actively initiate a task.
Contact and Feedback Information: When you contact customer service or submit feedback, we collect your communication content and any attachments you proactively provide.
1.2 Information We Automatically Collect
Device and Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (IDFV/IDFA), IP address, mobile network operator, used for basic service connectivity and security risk control.
Usage and Service Data: Your interaction data with our services, such as feature clickstream, page views, feature usage duration, operation logs, service performance data, and crash reports.
File Metadata (Non-File Content): To improve processing efficiency, we may collect technical attributes unrelated to the file content, such as file format (.pdf/.docx), file size, and page range, but we will not collect filenames or file text.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes to provide, maintain, optimize, and protect services to you:
Implementing Core Functions: Performing operations you instruct on the PDF files you upload (such as format conversion, merging, splitting, and text recognition), and presenting the results to you.
Security Guarantee: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security attacks, and illegal activities to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and our services.
Analysis and Improvement: Analyze service performance, evaluate the effectiveness of new features, and improve user experience based on aggregated, anonymized statistical data.
Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, or government requirements, and enforce our Terms of Service.
For file processing that may be involved in the above uses, if cloud processing is used, files will be encrypted during transmission and processing, and will be automatically deleted after the service is completed according to the period specified in this policy.
3. Data Sharing
We will never sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party.
Without identifying specific users, we may share anonymized, aggregated statistical group data that cannot be located to individual individuals; at the same time, for the normal operation of this application, we will entrust compliant third-party service providers to handle related business, corresponding to the following scenarios:
3.1 Advertising Partners
We integrate with third-party advertising platforms (such as Google AdMob) for in-app advertising display. These advertising networks may collect your interaction behavior data within this application through cookies, device identification, and similar technologies to push relevant advertisements.
3.2 Data Analytics Service Provider
We integrate third-party statistical analysis tools (such as Firebase and Crashlytics) to monitor and analyze application runtime and usage. These tools only collect program crash records and performance logs; they do not read or access the content of PDFs or any local files on your device.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption technologies (such as HTTPS and SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit and implement strict access control on the server side for stored data. Furthermore, due to the security of the Apple ecosystem, PDF files stored locally on your iOS device are protected by a system-level sandbox mechanism, preventing access by unauthorized applications.
5. Cookie Policy
This application itself does not use cookies to track your activity. If certain web pages are embedded within the application (such as the Help Center or Terms of Service), these pages may use standard cookies to maintain sessions or record anonymous access statistics. You can refuse or delete these cookies through system settings or browser controls.
6. Children's Data Protection
Our products and services are primarily aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the legal age of majority in your country/region). If you are a parent or guardian of a child and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately using the contact information at the bottom of this policy. We will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
7. GDPR Exclusive Rights Protection (EU and EEA)
We are committed to fully respecting the confidentiality of your personal data. If you are located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following legal rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
7.1 Your Core Data Rights
Right to Access and Retrieval: You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your data and to request access to, updates to, or a copy of your personal information held by us.
Right to Correction and Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate personal information we hold about you at any time.
Right to Object to Processing: You can exercise this right when we process your data based on a “legitimate interest” and your special circumstances allow you to object to that processing. If we use your data for direct marketing (such as push advertising), you have the unconditional right to refuse.
Right to Request Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): You have the right to request that we delete or remove your personal data when data processing no longer has a legitimate reason, or when you have withdrawn your consent.
Right to Data Portability/Transfer: We will provide your personal data to you or a third party you designate in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your previous authorization for data processing at any time. After withdrawal, we may not be able to continue providing you with certain services or functions that you rely on that authorization.
7.2 How to Exercise Your GDPR Rights
Submitting an Application: You can contact us using the contact information at the bottom of this policy to exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, transfer, and object.
Response Time: We will process and respond to your valid request as soon as possible.
Complaints to Regulatory Authorities: You have the right to file a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA) in the European Economic Area (EEA) regarding our data collection and use practices.
8. Mobile Device Control
In addition to the legal rights mentioned above, you can also control the collection and use of data by adjusting your mobile device settings:
8.1 Personalized Advertising Control
If you do not wish for the app to serve personalized ads based on your interests, you can turn this off through system settings:
iOS devices: Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking or related advertising settings and turn off "Limit Ad Tracking" (or deny the app's tracking requests).
8.2 Location Control
You can completely stop this app from collecting your device's location information at any time by modifying your mobile device's system "Location Permissions" settings.
9. Privacy Changes
We may revise this policy from time to time. The revised version will be displayed in the Terms of Service. Your continued use of this service after this privacy policy takes effect constitutes your agreement to the revised version. If you do not agree, your only remedy is to stop using this service and delete the application.
