Important Notice

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and Fuzhou Zhiyue Interactive Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of PDF Craft and its services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please carefully read and fully understand these Terms. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you indicate that you have accepted all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service and delete the App.

1. User Conduct Guidelines

When using the Service to process PDF files and related content, you must comply with laws and regulations and Apple's "Apple Media Services Terms". You promise to:

1.1 Prohibit Illegal and Harmful Content

You shall not use this service to upload, create, process, convert, or share PDF files or materials containing the following:

Content that violates the law, endangers national security, undermines national unity, promotes cults or superstition, contains terrorism, is pornographic, violent, involves child exploitation, contains hate speech, is defamatory, or infringes on the privacy and reputation of others;

Any content that Apple or we reasonably determine is offensive or inappropriate.

1.2 Prohibit Copyright Infringement

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to the uploaded or imported PDF files or have obtained legal authorization. You shall not use this service to process, copy, or disseminate any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark rights, trade secrets) or personal rights of any third party. You shall be fully responsible for any scanned copies, ebooks, documents, etc., involving others.

1.3 Prohibit System Interference

You shall not upload files containing malicious code, viruses, Trojans, or files that may disrupt the normal operation of the service; you shall not reverse engineer the service, conduct DDoS attacks, or perform unauthorized data scraping.

1.4 Prohibit Resource Abuse

You shall not use technical means to make numerous and frequent calls to service interfaces, consuming resources and affecting the normal use of other users. We reserve the right to take restrictive measures against any abnormal behavior.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Platform Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of this service (including App icon, interface design, software code, technical solutions, documents, trademarks, etc.) belong to us or the legal rights holder and are protected by law.

2.2 Your PDF Files and Content

The original intellectual property rights of the PDF files you upload, import, or process through this service and their contents (“User Files”) remain with you or the original rights holder. We do not claim ownership of the content of the User Files.

You represent and warrant that you have legal rights to the User Files or have been fully authorized to use them, and that such files and our use do not violate these Terms or any law.

3. Licenses

3.1 App Use License

This App is distributed through the App Store and is subject to the “App Store Content Use Rules”in the Apple Media Services Terms: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this App only for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute the App in any way except for family sharing permitted by Apple rules.

3.2 Platform Authorization to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service to process your PDF files. This license does not include the right to sell, lease, or create derivative software based on this Service.

3.3 Your Necessary Authorization to Provide the Service

To provide you with PDF processing (such as conversion, OCR, cloud synchronization) and technical support, you hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited right to access, store, copy, modify, and convert your user files in the course of the Service. This authorization is strictly limited to the purposes necessary to perform the Service, and we will not use your file content for any other purpose unless with your express consent or as required by law.

3.4 Not Related to Apple

1. You and we acknowledge that this License Agreement is between you and us, not Apple. We are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or technical support for this App.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

4.1 Service Provided "As Is"

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of processing results, and non-infringement. We make no absolute guarantees regarding PDF conversion format compatibility, OCR recognition accuracy, etc.

4.2 File and Data Risks

You should back up important PDF files yourself. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disclosure of files caused by network anomalies, equipment malfunctions, third-party attacks, misoperation, or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Apple Disclaimer

You expressly understand and agree that Apple Inc. and its affiliates: (i) are not providers of this service and make no warranties regarding this service or the files processed; (ii) are not liable for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this service; and (iii) have no obligation to handle any complaints or claims relating to this service or your ownership/use of this service.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Dispute Resolution Parties Exclusion

You agree that any dispute arising from this Service or these Terms shall be solely between you and us. Apple is not a party to the dispute and will not participate in its resolution.

5.2 Negotiation and Jurisdiction

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction in our location.

5.3 Terms Amendment

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be displayed in the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after these Terms take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised version. If you do not agree, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service and delete the App.

6. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding this Service. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

You may not use or export this Service in violation of export control regulations.
